1. No Refunds Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased.

  • Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Why We Don’t Accept Returns

  • Hair extensions and wigs are considered hygienic products.

  • For safety and quality assurance, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

3. Exceptions – Incorrect or Damaged Items

We only review issues under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, OR

  • Your order arrived damaged

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

If approved:

  • We will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept claims for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection (length, texture, color, etc.)

  • Dissatisfaction after installation or use

  • Improper care, coloring, or handling

5. Order Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping and order details.

  • Dreem Hair is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
