2. Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Hair extensions and wigs are considered hygienic products.

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
3. Exceptions – Incorrect or Damaged Items
We only review issues under the following conditions:

Your order arrived damaged
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
